On October 21, 2022 Elena Gladysheva, Advocate and Managing Partner of RI-Consulting, held the first lecture in the first season of the Protecting the Founder: Defending the Interests of the Controlling Person course. The first session was devoted to Risks of Controlling Persons in Corporate Bankruptcy. Classes are scheduled from October to December 2022.
The aim of the course: to consider debatable theoretical and practical problems of legal support of business, to build in each student a trajectory of behavior of a competent lawyer in the sphere of legal support of business, to expand understanding of corporate practice of business, to pay attention to new trends of court resolution of business, corporate, labor, land and environmental disputes.
Representatives of the Department of Business, Labor and Corporate Law of the Institute of Law and National Security, and invited lawyers and specialists in relevant fields (judges, lawyers, notaries, corporate lawyers, etc.) have taken part in the practical course. The course takes place in different formats and different forms (dispute, cases, brainstorming, competition, scientific research).
